JEWELLERY
In order to make shopping on my site as enjoyable as possible I have given descriptions of all the jewellery, what stones they consist of and measurements of the key components. If you need any further information or would like an item that you have purchased re-sized to meet a specific neckline requirement please do not hesitate to get in touch with me.
All earrings come as a standard silver plated material unless otherwise stated. Designs can be recreated in specific metals if required, simply get in touch using the contact page (for example I can use 925 sterling silver or gold plated 925 sterling silver for allergy sufferers). There may be an extra charge depending on the amount of re-working required.
All items come in their own organza gift bag, ready to give as a present or a treat for yourself!
Each of the pieces of jewellery on the site are unique. If you require several versions of an item please get in touch with me and I will do my best to help.
DELIVERY
Once you have finished shopping you will be directed to Paypal's secure payment page. Payments must be cleared before orders can be despatched. If you want to pay by cheque please use the contact page to tell me the details of the order. This will delay the order though as it cannot be processed until the payment has cleared. Delivery of orders will normally be made 2 to 7 working days after the payment clearance.
All delivery dates are approximate as I have to rely on Royal Mail to deliver in a timely fashion. I cannot be liable for any losses, costs, charges, or expenses caused by a delay in Royal Mail's delivery of the order. If you require an insured delivery option please see below for further details.
Unfortunately, I am unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
FURTHER DELIVERY OPTIONS
All jewellery items have p&p already included in the price and this pays for standard Royal Mail Second Class (approx. 3 day delivery). If you want a faster or more secure method of postage please add one of the alternative methods below to your shopping cart to upgrade your delivery.
GUARANTEE & RETURNS
There is a 10 day, money back satisfaction guarantee on all jewellery. To recieve this guarantee simply return the items to me in perfect, unworn condition in their original packaging within 10 days of receiving them. Refunds will exclude my postage costs.
If an order arrives damaged, or has missing or incorrect items you will need to notify me via the contact page within 48 hours of receipt. In the case of postal damage both the damaged packaging and the contents will need to be returned to me before I can despatch a replacement.This will also be the case for incorrect items.
I personally check all items for quality control before they are despatched, but if you do receive a faulty item then contact me and return the goods in their original packaging and a replacement will be supplied when I have received the item back.
I cannot be liable for any damage or loss that occurs whilst the jewellery is being worn.
YOUR PRIVACY
We all hate junk mail and cold-callers so I promise never to pass on your information on to a third party. The information that I need to process your order (your name, address and e-mail) will be kept securely.
